Can anyone help me with this problem im having. I upgraded my GPU from a 970 to a 1080 and my 1080 is performing at the same or worse levels. I have massive frame drops in games I never had them in. I'm only getting 60-90 fps in overwatch maxxed out and it sometimes dips to 30 or lower. CSGO...
