    My computer will not Boot up all the way.

    So my computer will sometimes turn on but wont boot up. No signal will be sent to my monitor and my mouse and keyboard wont turn on. After waiting like 10 - 20 mins then i will get a actual good boot and the whole system will turn on. I have no idea why it does this.
