Anyone have any ideas why my GPU is being power throttled? Reinstalling windows is not an option and I don't think it's the problem. Running an Asus 1080 strix on an MSI z170a m7 mobo and hwinfo says the GPU is power throttling. There's no power limit in place. GPU clocks plummet anywhere...
