So i installed Windows 8.1 Pro. i used the drivers for windows 8.1 and they seem to be working better than the windows 10 ones. i tried the old drivers drivers from a few years back but the newer ones seemed to work better. with a bit of fiddling i managed to get the fps up to around 45 base...

im having same problems with this chip. the latest drivers dont work. i used GPU-z to check the clockspeed. with the latest drivers the clock maxes out on 600MHz i rolled the drivers back to version 15.201.1101.0 now the clock reaches its maximum of 980MHz however the fps problem still persists...
