    RAM Hardware Reserve in AMD Dual Graphics

    Hold the windows key and press r and it should open run, then type msconfig and press enter or click ok. Then go into the boot tab and click advanced options, if Maximum Memory is checked un-check it and restart your pc. This worked for me and many others.
