Hi all. I recently got an i7 8700K on my MSI z370 Gaming M5. It works fine, but when I see its usage through HWmonitor, usage is about 1-5% and Clock speed is always at 4.3 Ghz, sometimes dropping to 800Mhz, temps around 35-40 ºC. All on Idle. Is this normal?

Hello everyone. I am worried about my cpu. I have a i5 4690K, not overclocked, with a liqmax II120S. I had a MarsGaming Mcpu2 before, and i changed due to the high temperatures. Playing GtaV, Pubg and similar games, i get peaks of 70 degrees. I idle at about 34-36 °C. I ran an intel stress test...

So, i used the MSI Gaming 5 motherboard´s option called Fast MSI boot to try it out. Everything was normal, so i wanted to switch the boot option to default. But now, the keyboard starts working after the chance to press Del and enter the bios take place. Any help on how i can get in the bios again?
