well it turns out, Nvidia GeForce Experience software was the one causing the choppy gameplay, one morning it wasnt working giving me some error, so i ran AC Origins and it ran perfectly.

1660Ti and 1070 are $400 dollars here in India and 2060 is for $530, i think i might go for 1070

thank you both for your replies, ill get one RAM stick then. I was thinking it might a GPU issue as 1050Ti is old now, can you please which one should I go for ? like i was thinking to upgrade my GPU to a 1660Ti or any in the same range, any recommendations ?
