Yep, I'm having this same problem now also. After their effing 1.3 update of CAM it stopped letting me change fan speeds, the retarted NZXT software both CAM and Kraken Control Center became unresponsive even though they opened, I wasn't able to change the speed profiles on either of them at all...

I tried to set the resolution in the Windows settings but it never worked.. I'm not fluent in GPU settings unless you mean settings in the Control Panel - or are there a separate set of settings in an actual program or somewhere for the GPU itself? I use GeForce Experience, but I'm not aware of...

I was running the HDMI from my GPU into my receiver, and I had the video fine, I had to set my HDTV back to "Native" instead of "Full" so it'd be native 1080 and not 1080 zoomed (which cuts off all the edges and HUD and hides the PC taskbar). I have contacted AMD about the CPU and I've came to the conclusion that it's just junk, either the unit is junk - or the AMD 9590 units are junk and you literally have to lock them down from spiking in voltage and mhz or else they'll freeze up.
