the screen was taken in a brief moment while gaming (bf3) because after 5/10 minutes it would crash, now i can make you another one after a couple hours of gaming. btw i have 5 casefans, blowing at full capacity and a scythe mugen II cooling the cpu directly.

reset the ram, checked the psu. i started tweaking a bit in the bios and the pc runs fine now, although i still can't run the gpu normally (still underclocked).

changed ddr2 back to normal, the time before it crashes is significantly shorter while with the 2v it crashes after a longer time if it crashes at all. i did not test the psu from another pc since i have no way of getting the required wattage from anyone i know. i could ask a friend of mine...

ok it didn't solve the issue although it has greatly increased the time before it crashes

i have done as majincry said and increased the voltage of both my cpu and ram. haven't crashed since. haven't had time to put it to the max to be sure yet though. i'll do that during this week just to be sure.

i've run prime 95 for 6 hours now, no results, no changes in voltage over 5%. hwmonitor still registers 140C as max temp for CPU while i've never seen it go over 70C (cores never go over 55C). as mentioned in my first post my previous psu shortcircuited, could it be that my mobo got a shock...

ok i turned down clocked the video card and it doesn't crash anymore, the problem with this PSU is that i got it from an RMA because my otherone did fry and burned the GPU with it. i'll contact the store i got the PSU from asap and thanks for your help :)
