So I read through the forum looking for a solution but I never found one for this particular problem. My critical process died in my arms tonight, it must have been something I've done. But I cannot start up to Windows. It won't let me get that far. I can't do anything before the blue screen...

I suppose you get the screws and pins and all within the package aswell? The blue LED is not really necessary ofc, but it gives a nice touch. But as long as the heatsink and the fan works and fits, I wont complain.
