I wanna buy new components for my pc ideal resolution 1440p Ryzen 5 1600 Gtx 1070 or 1080 idk MSI B350 PC MATE G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL14 SSD Samsung 860 EVO 250GB Will there be a problem between the r5 1600 and the gtx 1080(if i go with it)

So it's kinda a silly question but I wanna upgrade my motherboard and for a time i'll have a i5-4460. can i run it with that motherboard ?

Okay so the first time this problem occurred to me was when I first started playing PUBG.It just randomly restarts, nothing else.. no dead bytes nothing.After that it started happening on multiple games such as DOTA SWTOR Age of Empires III.Now I don't know if this is GPU OR PSU or anything...
