Update, I ran the extended memory diagnostic tool, and it got through 8 runs with 0 problems. I wanted to do 15 passes, but it took 2 days to just do 8. (almost 9)

Hello all, I appreciate you clicking and reading my post. Hopefully you can help me out. Probably a month back I have been having issues with games (some worse than others) crashing and I was chalking it up to beta (the main game I play is in closed beta)... But I think I may have worse issues...

It does it on all fullscreen games, like h1z1 In windowed, it still loses focus and alt tabs, but I can keep playing. It doesn't minimize it like it does for fullscreen. I have deleted Norton also and tried it. It has went from like doing it every minute, to every 10-15 minutes. Still doing it...

I have an SSD but it is sort of getting limited on space. I have 8GB of ram, ram is never the issue. My CPU does run high sometimes (maybe like 1-2 cores run at 80-100%) and I haven't checked the GPU capacity when I'm running my programs. I'm running dual monitors, not sure if that matters.

I currently have a 3770k I7 that is OC'd to 4.2ghz My GPU is a 2 GB GTX 670 I'm wanting to know which would be limiting which. I can upgrade one or the other, my pc is about 2 years old. It used to be top of the line, but I seem to lose frames now when streaming pc games especially intensive...

AND AGAIN, some more disappointing news. Got my 'compatible' ram in today, system does 19, 15, then reads 55 and shuts down. Starts back up and repeats. Code 55 is 'Memory not installed' Any ideas/thoughts?
