Well I've had to cease on the folding for now - the competition seemed too much for my i7 4790k and it now won't stay stable when running all 4 cores :-( Further investigation seems to show that possibly my MB has been providing it with too much voltage, as I never set it manually and left it...

I'm hoping today will be my first 2m+ point day :-) I've brought in the big guns for this now, a couple of 32 core (64 thread) servers running at around 700-900ppd, as well as my gaming rig. Should be a good day! I've got the 980Ti running at 1456 Clock and 7800 on the Mem for this race too...

Had a small power outage yesterday (which may or may not have been related to me putting the Christmas lights up...), but we're back online now :) Still trying to find some more emergency folding power!

Hey man, You're pretty vague on the details, but according to the kicker site the sub requires an amp that can output 150W RMS (300 peak). You'd need to find out more about your kenwood speakers though, as online 10" kenwood speakers can range anywhere from 300W - 1000W. I would say though...

It is possible to perhaps have something written in the profile management screen about this? It's very confusing not knowing for sure (although I suppose its kind of a test of your ability to find the answers in the Forum...)

I've decided to defect from my current team to help with folding efforts over the competition! Hell, maybe i'll become a regular TH folder :-) A quick note on the number of CPU threads question, its always better to keep an even number of CPU threads folding, and definitely NOT a prime number...
