B450m Mortar Max, 5900X. No issue so far, my clocks are still the same, and 3600mhz cl18 RAM is still running just fine. I noticed literally 0 difference between 1.2.0.2 and 1.2.0.5
Very neat idea, I'm just worried about the execution. As we all know, SSD can go VERY hot. I certainly don't want my SSD running 80c all the time and having to grip 40c mouse too.

Seeing current prices really pains my heart man. Well, utimately, its just how you word it and how you plan on service i guess. If you put a warranty on it, maybe that'll justify higher prices. You can also type esports ready on the title or something, hopefully that will attract buyers. Most...
Apparently doing a all core -22 curve optimizer solved all temps issue. Now im getting the temps i want, and a slight boost to cinebench score. Idle is now at 38c and load is still at about 70c. Problem solved i guess.
Not that it matters. Even if there's any leftovers, it's not big enough to affect anything, probably a few megabytes worth of data isn't anything to worry about.
And lets say you have a serious case of ocd and need to remove that, just run an integrity check via steam, let it redownload the...
Well, depends if pbo+200 counts as an oc i guess. And i did -10 curve too if that counts as an undervolt.
I'm well aware of that, that's why i don't really mind about load temp too much. But on idle, the 3070 ti should produce a not significant amount of heat and should be close to ambient...
I recently bought a NZXT Z63 to pair it with ny 5600x. Yes, i know it's a bad match or overkill, but i just really dig the screen on the block, that's all.
So, on ambient temp about 22c, i got an idle temp of about 45c. When doing light load like browsimg or youtube, it shot up to like 50-55...
Well, that might be a good idea to try. I still have 0 idea what happened as well. I ran the test several times over several power cycle, and the result is more or less consistant, give or take 10 points-ish.
It does scream like another bug in ryzen chips though. I'm more interested whether...
Xmp turned on for both test, i double checked each time. All the test done right after startup too, so no opening other software invloved, except what i had at startup, which is the same between both test. No windows update going on at the time, and i'm using the same bios version too. The...
Hi, so the other day, I undervolted my 5600X's curve by -10, and put PBO at +200. Now I get 4.85 ghz single core and about 4.5-ish all core. But, the most puzzling thing is my cinebench score fell by 80 points compared to stock 4.4 all core and 4.6 single core. Stability is fine though. At...
well, i've found the problem. seems like it's a corrupted BIOS update. I remember that the problem comes after a BIOS update that was 'successfully' done, tried reflash it with the same stick and same files, still keep BSODing even when the screen says it's 100% done. So, I redownload the BIOS...
So, just 2 days ago, my system was doing fine. until a BSOD hit my system. I forgot what BSOD was that, but afterwards, my system is always hit with a BSOD every hour or so. Some example of the BSOD is DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION, APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE...
it's fine. I ran my 6600k with 1.38v @4.8ghz for months and it's totally fine. In the end I got a bit uncomfortable with the temps (80c++ when load), so I tuned it down to 1.23 @4.5ghz. As long as you can cool it properly, then it's all fine
