    So I tried switching out that GPU for the one I had in before this one, had same result in the same game. My suspicion is that either the PCIe slot on the motherboard got damaged due to pulling more power that it is rated, or it's the PSU. The PSU is 4+ years old, so my guess is that the GPU did...

    So I was in WattMan today just looking into it's features, and decided to adjust some fan and temp parameters. After I did that, when I tried playing World of Warships, I get really bad framerate spikes. I have tried resetting WattMan settings to default, and have also tried reinstalling drivers...
