I've had this for 3 months with no issues. laptop/Asus at 1080p and my Acer at 1440. Super frustrating. Anything I can try to fix this? Edit: If unplugging the 1080 monitor allows the 1440 to be at.. well 1440, then this isnt the issue with the docking station

1440p Monitor is stuck at 1080p, but only when connected to a multi display docking station with another monitor. I have 2 monitors plugged into this docking station, one 1080p Asus and my 1440 Acer, and the docking station to my work laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad T495s). Normally this isn't an issue...
