Hi, My brother bought a different pc and I can have a small 2gb RAM chip from his laptop to my laptop. I had 4gb RAM originally, 2 slots, in the second slot I added (correctly, checked it 10 times) the 2GB RAM. Funny thing is, in Windows 10 and BIOS it doesn't recognize the additional 2gb...
