Basically the x bracket is supposed to snap into the little hole underneath the cooler, and then you can put the whole thing down onto the motherboard and screw it in. However, the 212 evo x bracket just won't snap in and it makes it impossible to screw in the cooler to the cpu. Please help!

Basically when I full screen YouTube sometimes it will look like this http://imgur.com/a/7ICKG And then I have to unfullscreen and refullscreen, which is really annoying. It seems super random in terms of how often it happens. Also happens on twitch, I assume other video players as well.
