I don't think you'll find any audio settings in your BIOS. plus s don't think there would be any benefit to disabling your front audio jacks.

do you still have the stock cooler, or any other air cooler? if so try mounting one of those and seeing if the temps are still sporadic.

i wouldn't worry too much about it just dont have it somewhere really close to your computer

If your temps are good i would definitely try overclocking.

the i7-950 uses ddr3 memory. the ryzen 3600 uses ddr4, so if your upgrading be sure to note that this will have to be upgraded to. I would get 16gb of memory, and with ryzen the faster the memory the better it performs.

do you hear the pump running in your aio? it could be that the pump is dead.

Your cpu cooler seems like it was damaged in shipping (or some other point). are the temps still fine? i would think you could contact whatever website you bought it from and get it replaced, or contact Noctua.

whats your hardware? what software are you using to monitor the temps? are you sure that your cpu cooler if mounted properly?

if you haven't downloaded drivers for anything your going to want to, or else you might get a bunch of weird and buggy results, especially gpu drivers. if you look up your motherboard, on the manufacturer's website should have the divers you need on if, with the gpu you'll have to get that one...

how did you flash your bios? do you know if it actually flashed? because your b450 motherboard wouldn't support ryzen 3000 without a bios flash. plus please be super careful when flashing your bios because if your computer loses power mid flash your new flashy board becomes a brick with a bunch...

have you downloaded the audio drivers for your computer?

I wouldn't buy that motherboard, i've had bad luck with ASrock customer support never replying to my rma request (after over a year now). i bought that same board and it was super problematic
