after turning on the switch green light in motherboard glows up and then after that when i press the power on button then nothing happens no light comes nothing happen fans do not rotate.... now what to do how to power up

my low battery level is 5% and critical level is also 5% and reserve battery level is 0% then also it goes on hibernate on 20%

I am having acer v5 573g laptop with 750m graphic card and in nvidia control panel I am getting only 3d settings option and in geforce experience i can only use game optimisation only and other shows that i not meet the requirements so how to get access of all those things
