Should I go with: gtx 960m with ddr3 @ 1600Mhz 16gb or gtx 950 with ddr4 @ 2133Mhz 8gb

running 2 cards in sli and having a 3ed card as a amd card for the second data screen

i am wanting to run 2 gtx 970 in sli with a 3ed card ( ati r5 230) for my second screen that's for monitoring, chat and what music is playing. its on a x99 platform with windows 10 pro 64 bit with 32gb ram
