My monitor is incredibly loud on volume 1. The only audio options I have on the monitor are volume level, mute, and audio input. This isn't an issue for just my PC, but for anything I plug into it. Is there any fix for this? Or just something I have to accept with this monitor?

I have a ViewSonic VX2457 and even after lowering the volume to 1 on the monitor it is still obnoxiously loud. The only other audio setting I can find on the monitor is input which isn't helpful for trying to lower the volume. Is this something that can be fixed or is that just how the monitor is?
