Hello, PC Gaming Community. I have a micro-stuttering issue with most of the games that I play, I use Nvidia's GeForce Experience to capture the frame rate, and I have noticed that it's capped at 60 FPS (my monitors refresh rate is 60 as well), and notice it going down to 59-58 or up to 61-62...
