So i tired To OC my fx6300 to 4.5Ghz, because it alredy was OC until i updated the BIOS, and the OC was reset. I tried to do that with AMD Overdrive, and i put the multiplier at 20.5 and voltage around 1.41. I was playing battlefield 5 and was monitoring cpu temperature, it didnt go over 70...

So just accidentaly boosted my fx6300 in amd overdrive to 4.5ghz. I just put 20.5 multiplier without messing with anything else like voltage etc. My pc bugget and shut off in 2secs from hittin apply. I turned it back on, black screen. What do to? Is my cpu dead? I cant even acces the BIOS...

honestly, my firend is just givin me his old psu, i dunno the brand, said it is 500w So my cpu bottlenecks my gpu, what about fx 8320? i can oc it to 4,5 ghz like fx6300 and it has more threads and cores

im playin like battlefield and games and gpu doesnt exceed 100w so i think it wont for now, but tomorrow im switchin to 500w psu and for the cpu, whats the solution other than to sell it? it has to be something?
