My current GPU temp is around 43 degrees, but the fans on it arent spinning. Can someone tell me whats going on? It is plugged into PSU, with 6+2 connector on the left, and 6 pin connector on the right. Yet the fans DO do a "test spin" when the PC is turning on (for a few seconds) Edit...

That was the case when I installed 32 bit. And it installed fine. Then when I went to install 64 bit I deleted both the SSD partition with the 32bit, as well as the partition that contained the old windows. It should be gone now...
