So i recently bought Asus GTX 1060 6GB TURBO... Its with blower fan, so the minimum rpm i can set from their program is 1000 rpm, it doesnt go below that, and the maximum one i can set is 4200RPM which sounds really high, so im just wondering if those speeds are completely normal for blower fan...
