My PC turns on, have energy on it, power led and HD is on, fans are on BUT doesn't load anything, just a black screen. Monitor without signal. And sometimes the PC goes into a BSOD and then restarts, does one single short beep indicating it's all OK and doesn't boot again, just a black screen...
