thank you sir but i already figured it out hours ago. Now i have the problem with the hdmi cable when i tried to connect it to my 144hz monitor suddenly green dots appear everywhere on the screen. But on vga it just all good. Do you have any idea what is the actual problem?

recently i just upgrade to new 144hz monitor. The connection is good on vga but cant handle 144hz only 60hz is the max so i tried using hdmi cable to achieve 120hz but when i did that the screen suddenly appeared green dots everywhere and the display is just horrible sometimes it off sometimes...

My pc is Acer XC-780. I just want to know my hdmi port version whether it is 1.4 or above because im upgrading to new 144hz monitor. So in order to set up 144hz refresh rate it needs to be 1.4 or above version. Thnaks in advance but hoping for a quick replies
