This drive was the backup. He only found out the pictures wernt on the external hard drive when his own computer crashed.

So I borrowed an external hard drive and never used it, however for some reason, when i returned it, all the files were missing. I ran a recovery program and got all the files back however the file names were lost and it is only numbered now. I used Recuva and it worked like a charm. Any help...
