A small detail i forgot to add is that in bios the screen just flickers but does shut down. But as soon as windows boots up my pc just shuts off

The date and time in bios is correct and the bios is up to date

Yo guys i really appreciate all the help! The fact is that i am not even able to system restore it shows that system restore has failed and no changes were made. It really sucks how i cant even restore the system using the tool thats meant for system restore.
