I checked and CPU_FAN in the bios is showing a value. Amazon just delivered a cheap fan and heatsink, so I'm gonna put it in and see if it works. I will post an update.

The screen just goes black (backlit of course). I can get into the BIOS but besides that I can't do anything. I already tried clearing the CMOS and making sure the boot order was correct.

I just started up my new build, and I am getting error code 62 which means "installation of PCH runtime services." The only things I upgraded was my CPU up to an i7 7700k, my RAM to DDR4, and my MOBO to Asus Maximus Hero IX. Everything else is the same. Why would this error code be showing up?
