so part of the problem got solved I opened "configure java" and removed the thing that gave it 4gb of ram, now I can use up to 80% of my RAM I consider this a success, but still, I think that I can reach higher than 80%. thanks a lot for your help.

I didn't really understand you, sorry for my low knowledge of computers. would this pic be of any help? I do have java and I have configured its settings in the past.

I have 16gb of ram, I use a lot of programs all at once and the memory usage gets up to 65%, usually around 65%-70% I get a lot of errors, I want to use my ram up to at least 90% but I can't. please help.
