I have a custom build Windows 8.1 desktop. I do have an external HDD I was just wondering if I could RAID because it is automatic rather than having to copy all the files over.

Thankyou. I read about raid 1, is it as simple as just turning it on in the bios? I read somewhere that I need to restore my pc and do it during set up

I am going off to uni in a few months and am going to buy 2 new hard drives for my work. My plan was to do all my work on one hard drive and back it up to the second one. My question is: Is this possible? and how would I go about doing it? Thanks for any advice :D

Forgot to mention, I will be using it for gaming with: Battlefield 4, Assassin's Creed 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Skryim and Counter Strike. Don't know if this would affect either of your choices

As in the title, I would like to login to my Windows 7 laptop using an NFC enabled Nexus 5, I have looked all over and I can't find anything on it. My question is, is this possible and how would it be done? Many thanks. Also, this is my first post, so I hope this is in the right forum.
