im planning to overclock my i7 4770k from 3.5ghz to 4.2ghz and im wondering what motherboard to use out of the gigabyte g1 sniper m5 and the gigabyte g1 sniper z97?

i do not know whether to overclock my 4770k from 3.5gz to 4.2gz, i have h100i extreme water cooling so that isnt a bad thing, but i dont know whether it will lower the lifespan of my cpu, even if i have good cooling?

i dont know what motherboard to choose out of these three? i might overclock in the future, the motherboards are:Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z97 , gigabyte Z87X-OC , Gigabyte G1 Sniper M5 and my specs are intel i74770k gtx 780 3gb 16gb ram 1866mhz 240gb ssd 750w cs modular
