Solution! My AIO Cooler was failing just had to get a new CPU cooler now temps are running perfectly!!!

I think I might be very dumb. My idle temps for my CPU are around 90C so I think I am getting thermal throttled. I am going to try to reapply thermal paste and see how it works.

My PC ends up turning off, no BSOD, just black screen and I have to turn it back on.

Also experiencing random shutdowns.
