Well I just tried the cable on a different monitor and it worked fine, so I'm guessing it's either a problem with the port or something else to do with the monitor. Still no solution to the 120Hz problem yet, either.

I've already tried through the CD that came with the monitor, through the website, and through Windows Device Manager. Drivers are up to date, and if additional software is needed, it's not listed or posted anywhere.

I've looked all over the card, nothing. I looked online and there isn't a switch. It's a native DVI-D Dual Link port.
