    Question Cooler fan way too loud

    I have the EVGA CLC 240 Liquid CPU Cooler. The fan is very loud and makes weird noises intermittently. I have an intel 9900K for reference. What can be done about this? Is it possible to buy another fan or something that would be quieter? Any help appreciated.
