Hello everyone! :) I need a CHEAP video card to drive a 4K UHD TV to use it as a video monitor for PC, NO GAMING at all! The cheapest the best... I see and I am reading other posts about this but they are a little old and maybe the chances, prices and the know-how are changed so I ask again...
