I have set up a new gaming PC, all fitted with ram, motherboard etc. the hdd I have installed already has windows 7 on it, but when I first turn it on there is a small "99" in the bottom right hand corner with a black screen. I have already taken out ram and powered the motherboard and 3 beeps...
