I solve it. Gpu Dvi port and hmdi port is dead....but vga port is good.so im using vga port now i know its crap.anyway thanks man.

But in my bios my gpu is in the list.but when i set my bios to load in pci insted of igc there is no signal.but when i set it to igc its work.hmm dnt know wat to do...

Yes its Brand new.splash in the screen nop cant see anything.but ive been wondering maybe its not fit in the pci slot properly because when i put other gpu in pci slot its a bit hard to unplug but the new gpu its easy to unplug.
