This is great and may be exactly what I need! I ended up ordering something else although the problem is not having power to the Ethernet so I'm trying an additional solution: a PoE injector. I imagine that will solve the issue.

Has anyone seen a PoE Cat6 (female) to USB A (female)? I've been searching without any luck. Is it even possible to create one?

Are there any options for connecting a PoE to an outlet socket? I am looking into getting the Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery) which comes with a weatherproof cable. I have PoE cables already routed to the outside of my house and am wondering if I can find a sort of switch or conversion...

Forgive my naivety here but if the PSU is causing the GPU to crash (I'm guessing that's what you're getting at), wouldn't my games crash too? When the issue occurs, I can still hear my games running in the background and reacting to my keyboard/mouse inputs.

Hey John, Thanks for the reply. I was really hoping it would be a simple fix but unfortunately, no luck here. I tried on several different surfaces (a stack of paper, towels, other parts of the desk, my laptop, my hand) and the rattle persists just the same.
