shouldnt be any reason you cant as long as it and the motherboard are pci express.

it would be much more helpful if you put the question in the thread instead of the topic so we could actually read the problem.

each cpu is different on its limitations. a voltage of 1.3 might be fine on your rig but could cause mine to be unstable with exactly the same specs and setting as you. you have to find your perfect oc.

with it being a b75 mobo there is no overclocking on that board. b75 boards were intended for businesses mainly which have no use for overclocking.

what motherboard do you have? really need some specs to help further.

next i would suggest re installing your drivers. or maybe a newer version if available. or try a slightly older version if your on the beta version.

i would try removing and reinstalling the video card you could have a bad seat in there.
