The extender is amped wireless ST10000

I have a cable modem that broadcasts wireless signal. I am not getting enough out of my range extender. I would like to connect with an Ethernet cable ran through the attic to the other end of the house. Will this work? The range extender has an Ethernet port. Made by amped wireless. If this is...
