Here's an update: removed the battery, using Ethernet cable instead of Wifi and cleaned the inside of the laptop (and the fan) as much as I could + I tried everything you advised but no results. Videos still lag and temperatures are ridiculous. I'll look at the 2 black squares near the logo...
