Turns out the problem was that the CMOS battery was dead, I didn't think this was the problem at first because it died some weeks before this problem began. I replaced it and haven't experienced the problem again at least to this day.

I was using the computer normally when suddenly the image completely froze. At first I thought that Windows crashed, but after rebooting I realized that the computer wasn't displaying anymore, although the monitor detects that something is connected because it doesn't give the "no signal"...
