Do you think flashing my bios might help?

If I disable free sync, should I still disable gsync in the nvidia panel?

Do you think I should try another version of the Nvidia drivers and disable GSync before flashing the BIOS? Or what do you think would be the best solution to my problem? I've tried versions 566.36 and 572.42. My last option would be 561.09.
