All of a sudden I have a Local Disk Z: I can not delete it or remove it. Why did it show up? At the same time it showed up I no longer can map network drives. Help Please

I can't map Network Drives or access the server using \\server\foldername I can access the server via Remote Desktop no problem. All other 40 computer on the network can map drives. Only 1 having an issue. This is the error I get: "server" exists but Windows can't find "foldername" I need...
