[SOLVED] Screen Tearing and other Graphics problems

Sounds like your GPU may be fried. Double check the refresh rate set in Nvidia Control Panel is still set at 60Hz and hasnt auto adjusted down to 24Hz via another screen or application (happens from time to time). If you confirm that the refresh rate is still at 60Hz ensure G-Sync is off...

Should I put my mobo on the antistatic bag?

No. The outer side of the Anti Static bag actually attracts static energy, that is what prevents it from affecting the inside of the bag.

    [SOLVED] New Build Advice

Gotcha, sorry mate, didnt realise you already had the monitors. If your happy to spend on new monitors then i can recommend either an 1 x Ultrawide 1440p 120Hz Monitor or a 4K 60Hz monitor with that card mate, but make sure you get a monitor(s) with G-Sync to take advantage of your card. [SOLVED] New Build Advice

2 x 1080p / 60Hz monitors seems like a significant waste of the money you spent on the RTX2080 mate. I would either get an Ultrawide 1440p (3440 x 1440p) monitor at 100/120Hz or a 4K 60Hz monitor to make use of the top end card you have mate. Anything less than that and your monitor will be...

You will need to buy DDR4 Ram aswell mate, your existing DDR3 RAM will not work in this motherboard. And yes you can overclock the 2600 but you will need a decent CPU cooler for any overclocking, no idea what you have now.

    [SOLVED] New Build Advice

If you join Shopback and buy the I7-8700K from Amazon it will cost you about $30 more than the 8700 from Mighty Ape https://www.amazon.com.au/Intel-i7-8700K-Processor-Unlocked-BX80684i78700K/dp/B07598VZR8 Didnt realise you already had one of the monitors mate but i would definately look at a...

    [SOLVED] New Build Advice

Agree on the CPU front mate, not sure on the price difference but upping to the unlocked 8700K on those specs leaves room to improve later even if you do't want to overclock now. If it's not too much more expensive i'd grab the K Overclocking is not overly complex to learn the basics of but the...

What RAM are you using with your current MB as if DDR3 this limits your options or you will need to pay for DDR4 Ram aswell ? EDIT: Just saw your Sig MB and checked, you have DDR3 RAM which will either need upgrading (which i recommend) or you are very limited in your options on a new...
