Yes haha that CPU seemed decent at the time, appreciate that its no longer the case. After looking into what you said. I've bought a i5-12600K with a Gigabyte H610M H V3 motherboard to boot as the CPU is quite the bottleneck than I expected and definitely adding to some of the issues.
