Did a full reinstall of windows 10 and still have the same issues

I would agree that it's most like not thermals I'm gonna do a fresh install of windows 10 tonight after work but it's been a while since I've done a completely fresh install any tips?

To be honest I do not know I've never messed with anything like that

Oh also about 3 weeks before I did the swap I upgraded to windows 11 but for the weeks up till the swap I had no issues
